How do I submit my wax for casting?
Ship your wax or metal master to our shop for fast turnaround. Waxes received by 12pm mountain time are ready to ship in metal in 3 weeks. If you request a mold, please allow an additional day or two.

What is the turnaround time on custom jobs?
Turnaround on custom manufacturing orders varies from job to job. A project could be on its way back to you within 2.5 – 3 weeks, and more complex pieces may take several weeks. Please let us know your turnaround requirements; rush orders may be available. See below for additional rush fee charges.

What is the turnaround time on straight casting jobs?
The general turnaround time is, orders are shipped in 2.5 – 3 weeks, for orders with an existing mold. If molds need to be made the turnaround time is closer to 21 business days. We do accept rush orders for an additional charge: 10% of order for under 2 week and 20% for under 1 week. Rush orders will be accepted depending on work load at that time.

How do I obtain a quote for my job?
Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, each job is unique. Please call us or email us an image of your project with weight of piece, substrate preference for an estimated price quote. We cannot give estimates using dimension, we need a weigh able master.
Payment Information
Customers need to prepay for their orders. We accept all major credit and debit cards. All orders are sent UPS or FED ex. FOB upon shipment.
Delivery Time
Normal production time on orders is 2 1/2 to 3 weeks for quantities of 1000 pieces.
Orders with more pieces may take longer.
